Two technical interventions are scheduled this week on our network:

  • Today, March 4, 2026, from 17:00 to 20:00: the card blocking hotline (212 1000) will be temporarily unavailable. Please contact 5254 6642 for any card blocking requests during this period.
  • Tomorrow, March 5, 2026, from 18:00 to 20:00: adding new beneficiaries on our e-banking platform will not be available.

Normal services will resume once the interventions are completed. We thank you for your understanding.
