MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Assist the Senior Relationship Manager/ Relationship Managers in managing their portfolios.
  • Process customers’ requests in a timely manner and liaise with other sections within or outside CIB to ensure that all requests are attended within agreed deadline.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all required documents in clients’ file during clients’ life cycle.
  • Carry out Customer Due Dilligence during onboarding of new accounts and during the review cycle.
  • Ensure that all approval conditions (credit and compliance) are monitored and closed in a timely manner.

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

 

Your Track Record

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Banking & Finance or equivalent or at least 2 years’ experience within Banking
  • Experience working in a Management Company dealing with several structures such as Global Businesses, Trusts, Fis and NBFIs will constitute a definite advantage

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks seamlessly under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fully bilingual in written and spoken English and French, with excellent interpersonal skills.
